3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 3.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ww108. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of ww108 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to register player Accounts or participate in any promotional offer.
4.1 To access the Services, you must complete the ww108 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a contact phone number.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ww108 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You must notify ww108 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ww108 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account use where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.
4.4 ww108 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the registration information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
4.5 Account names may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstance. Any attempt to transfer Account ownership will result in immediate Account closure.
5.1 ww108 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognized standards for player identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud prevention.
5.2 Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point ww108 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits are generally credited within 1 to 5 minutes. ww108 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
6.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ww108 does not accept withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account, unless approved by the compliance team following a KYC review.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. 6.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the platform. VIP tier members may be subject to elevated limits as set out in the applicable VIP program terms.
6.7 Fees. ww108 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ww108 accepts no responsibility.
6.8 Account Closure Withdrawals. Upon voluntary Account closure following completed KYC and with no active bonus wagering requirements, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit; Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement after the deadline expires will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, togel (numbers lottery) markets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% to 20%) compared to slot games, which typically contribute 100%. 7.4 Bonus Abuse. ww108 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.

7.6 ww108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to Bonus Funds already credited to an Account.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on ww108 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered and the player exercises that option within its stated conditions.

8.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be paid out. Partial wins on accumulator bets do not entitle the player to a proportional payout unless the platform's specific mix parlay bonus terms provide otherwise.
8.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palpable mistake"), ww108 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. The player will be refunded the original stake in full in such circumstances.

Bet Settlement: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of the ww108 trading team is final and binding, subject only to a formal complaint process outlined in Clause 16. 9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ww108 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
